100+ Technologies for Cities exhibition to be held in Yekaterinburg

The exhibition, which is held annually as part of the International Forum of High–Rise and Unique Construction 100+ Forum Russia, has changed the concept and expanded - now the organizers plan to scale up to the "construction Innoprom" in a few years.

The decision to change the concept and expand was made following a meeting of the Organizing Committee of the 100+ Forum Russia in the Ministry of Construction of Russia. At the suggestion of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, Evgeny Kuyvashev, technologies for cities will be presented at this year's exhibition: everything from BIM and new developments in the field of construction to innovative approaches in lighting buildings, developments in the field of housing and communal services and technology to ensure the life of megacities.

"The 100+ Forum Russia is a landmark platform where priority areas for the development of the entire construction industry are determined. This year, in parallel with the forum, an exhibition of the latest achievements of the construction market will be held for the third time, which this year was named 100+ Technologies for Cities. This combination of theory and practice will give us the opportunity to explore more deeply the issues of creating "cities of the future" with new architecture and updated public spaces. Leading world-class enterprises will be invited to participate in the exhibition. And I think that in a few years it will grow into a full—fledged construction INNOPROM," said Evgeny Kuyvashev, Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region.

More than 60 companies from 8 cities and 10 regions of Russia have already confirmed their participation. The stands will occupy a new site - the entire first pavilion of the IEC Yekaterinburg-EXPO. The total area of the pavilion is 20,000 sq.m. It will house developers, architectural firms, manufacturers of digital and virtual technologies, modern materials, construction and road equipment. Visitors will be able to see what the "City of the Future" is: the exhibitors will demonstrate the latest developments for creating smart cities that will be integrated into the design of the exhibition. The 100+ Forum Russia stand and open conference rooms will be located in the center of the exhibition, where broadcasts of significant events of the program will take place. One of their key points will be the stand of the Sverdlovsk region, where a creative space will be created for students of specialized specialties.

Applications for participation in the 100+ Technologies for Cities exhibition will be accepted until September 15.
