The winners of the Engineering Oscar for builders were named in Yekaterinburg.

The names of the winners of the fourth All-Russian Engineering and Architecture Award 100+ Awards, also known as the Engineering Oscar, have become known. This year, 76 projects competed for the victory in sixteen nominations. In total, the organizing committee received 240 applications from 27 regions of Russia. The award ceremony took place within the framework of the International Construction Forum and the 100+ TechnoBuild exhibition.

The jury traditionally included leading Russian and foreign experts from the construction industry, representatives of relevant state authorities and local governments. Among them are Rustam Akbiev, Head of the Department of Integrated Urban Planning Security, Chairman of the Scientific and Technical Expert Council of the Central Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, Levan Akopov, Adviser to the Director of the Unified Institute of Spatial Planning of the Russian Federation, Mukhamed Nasser and Alexander Vorozhbitov, co–founders of the Metropolis company, Andrey Gnezdilov, co-founder and first deputy director of the Ostozhenka Architectural Bureau, Daria Listopad, co-founder of the Megabudka Architectural Bureau. and many others.

The awards were presented to the winners by Alexander Lomakin, First Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation, Alexey Shmykov, First Deputy Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, and Alexey Orlov, head of Yekaterinburg.

The winners of the All-Russian Engineering and Architecture Award 100+ Awards – 2024 are:

1. The best architectural solution:

• Residential building – Residential complex "Height" from JSC "Forum Group" (Yekaterinburg)
• Unique non–residential building - MBOU "Educational Center Sodruzhestvo" from JSC PI "Giprocommundortrans" (Voronezh)
• The facility under construction is Yanalif residential complex from SMU–88 Group of Companies (Kazan)

2. The best engineering solution for the construction project is a multifunctional high–rise residential complex with an underground parking lot at the address: Moscow, Krasnopresnenskaya emb., vl. 14, p. 1 from the design and production company Alexander Kolubkov (Moscow)

3. The best constructive solution:

• Unique non–residential building - E.M. Primakov Gymnasium from SILKO LLC (Saint Petersburg)
  The facility under construction is a universal sports complex with artificial ice in Nizhny Novgorod from a team of authors from the V.A. Kucherenko Central Research Institute and PSF STALKON LLC (Moscow)

4. The best green building facility is the New Look laboratory school from EcoStandard group (Moscow)

5. The best BIM model of the building is the Badaevsky residential complex from MARKS GROUP (Moscow)

6. The best solution for creating a comfortable urban environment is the Kalinin Historical Quarter in Chernyakhovsk from M4 LLC (Moscow)

7. The best innovative development:

• Materials – aviation aluminum for translucent structures of the Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory from JSC "Politekhstroy-Svargo" (St. Petersburg)
• Technologies – installations for water treatment of natural fresh water and main water pipelines up to the drinking water level from Aqualid LLC (Astrakhan)
  The IT solution is a Russian software for the analysis and verification of digital information models Larix.Manager from Aibim LLC (Moscow)

8. Best Interior Design:

• Public space – renovation of the appearance of the workshop of the Volga Pipe Factory by the architectural bureau Osetskaya.Salov (Moscow)
