The head of the company that built the skyscraper in 15 days will arrive in Yekaterinburg.

The official confirmation of the participation of Ms. Juliette Jiang, Senior Vice President of BROAD Group (China), as a speaker and guest of honor at 100+ Forum Russia has been received. Juliette Jiang will visit Yekaterinburg in September.

BROAD Group has become famous all over the world thanks to a unique project – the construction of a 30-storey hotel in Changsha, Hunan Province (China) in just 15 days. 200 people were engaged in the construction of the ambitious building. To speed up the process, sections of the building were pre-manufactured at the factory and then delivered to the construction site. The total area of the hotel's premises was 17 thousand square meters. The building is capable of withstanding an earthquake of magnitude 9 on the Richter scale. In addition, the hotel turned out to be five times more economical than conventional structures – all the windows of the building are equipped with automatic shutters that reflect solar radiation in the heat, and the exterior walls are a "sandwich" of insulating materials. Another interesting feature of the hotel is the ability to monitor and manage the climate in each room. The company's engineers claim that the air inside the hotel is 20 times cleaner than outside.

The future speaker of the 100+ Forum Russia, Juliette Jiang– started working at BROAD Group in 1998, creating an international business and working as CEO for 12 years. In 2010 Jiang founded BROAD International Air Quality Products and BROAD International Sustainable Building at the company, and actively developed sales networks that allow exporting non-electric air conditioning devices under the BROAD brand. The company's products are used by a number of flagship projects, including Madrid Airport, the new international airport in Bangkok and Fort Bragg Air Force Base.

In 2010, the BROAD Company's exhibition pavilion in Cancun was built under Jiang's leadership. Jiang invited Mexican President Filipe Calderon to speak at its opening. Calderon's famous speech "A New Revolution in Architecture" was widely quoted in many media outlets.

Since 2012, Ms. Jiang has repeatedly represented BROAD Group at the United Nations and at international conferences on energy conservation and green construction as the company's Senior Vice President.
