Ural builders share their experience with colleagues from Bashkiria
The construction of the Iset tower in Yekaterinburg is gaining popularity as a platform for the exchange of experience in high-rise construction. In January, specialists from the Vysotka Construction Association, which carried out work on the construction of the monolithic reinforced concrete frame of the Iset tower, received a delegation from Ufa.
The acquaintance of builders from neighboring regions began last September at the international high-rise construction forum 100+ ForumRussia, where Vysotka was presented as one of the leading high-rise construction companies in the Urals.
The experience of Yekaterinburg residents aroused the interest of colleagues from the neighboring republic. After all, Ural residents have already built two skyscrapers – Vysotsky and Iset. Vysotka became a definite pioneer in the construction of monolithic frames of these structures. In 2008, when the construction of the first skyscraper began in Yekaterinburg, only Muscovites could share their experience of high-rise construction in Russia. First, using the example of the Moscow City construction site, and then on its own, Vysotka mastered the wisdom of skyscraper construction. For the first time in Russia, special PERI wind shields were used at Vysotsky. To fill the foundation plate of the Iset tower, a special technology for continuous concreting of the foundation has been developed.
The first high-rise in Ufa, a 42-storey residential building with a height of 155 meters, is being built in the residential complex "4 seasons". First of all, the residential 25-storey building is planned to be commissioned in 2017. The second stage of construction, a 42-storey multifunctional building, is still undergoing examination. But the builders are already intensively preparing for its implementation, and they plan to do it on their own, without involving foreign companies. The project was developed by the local architectural bureau Prospect. Moreover, Vladimir Travush, one of the authors of Moscow City, senior engineer of the Ostankino Tower project, chief designer of the Akhmat Tower (400 m) in Grozny, advises builders on engineering and technological solutions.
The construction of the first high-rise building in the capital of Bashkortostan is actively supported by both the city administration and the government of the republic. After all, this building claims to be a symbol of the capital of Bashkortostan, especially since it will be located on one of the highest points of the city.
