The Ural OPERA TOWER is presented in Cannes

The International Real Estate Exhibition MIPIM in Cannes (France) annually gathers the most influential participants in the global real estate market from all sectors, including office and residential real estate, retail, logistics and industry.

This year, 18 Russian stands were presented at the exhibition. The OPERA TOWER project has become a decoration of the exposition of the city of Yekaterinburg.

Construction of the 42-storey (155 m) OPERA TOWER complex in the center of Yekaterinburg at the intersection of Krasnoarmeyskaya and Malysheva streets began last summer. The participants of the 100+ Forum Russia 2014 visited the construction site as part of a technical tour of the city's high-rise buildings.

The project is being implemented by Atomstroykomplex, one of the largest construction companies in the Ural region with 20 years of experience. She has completed the first residential high-rise in the city, the 42-storey February Revolution building (139 meters). It was commissioned in 2010 and is still the tallest residential complex outside of Moscow.

The OPERA TOWER project assumes the appearance of a new multifunctional complex of international level in the Ural capital. Valery Ananyev, CEO of Atomstroykomplex, explains: "OPERA TOWER is a landmark facility for our company. It will be a multifunctional complex with apartments, a hotel, shopping galleries, and offices. The infrastructure of the complex will be organized at the highest level. The total area of the building will be more than 100,000 square meters. meters. It will be a high-tech facility of international level, a new serious point of attraction and a very convenient and comfortable place to live, work and leisure."

The best Russian and foreign specialists from Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom are involved in the design of the facility, the development of landscape design, and interior design. The apartments will be managed by the operator of the OPERA Hotel hotel complex, corresponding to the hotels of The Leading Hotels of the World association. The interior was designed by Italian designer Mauro Lipparini, one of the hundred best masters in the world.

The total cost of the project is estimated at 10 billion rubles, and the company plans to complete it in 2017.
