Larisa Teploukhova, Deputy Head of the Tyumen City Administration, and Ruslan Kukharuk, Director of the Department of Land Relations and Urban Planning of the City Administration, are expected to visit the 100+ Forum Russia.

The city was founded in 1586 as a strategic point for the development of the eastern territories of Russia and is considered the first Russian city in Siberia. In the XV-XVI centuries, the capital of the Siberian Khanate was located on the site of Tyumen.
