The Central Exhibition Complex continues to work on improving the regulatory and technical base of high-rise construction
The Center for High–Rise Competencies has compiled a list of documents - Codes of Practice (JV) for the design, construction and operation of high-rise buildings and complexes.
It is proposed to update the existing standards of high-rise construction and develop new ones in five main areas: planning and development of urban areas with high-rise buildings, design of multifunctional and specialized high-rise buildings, construction technology and operation, engineering systems of high-rise buildings, requirements for integrated safety systems, including fire.
The composition of the documents has been previously reviewed and approved by specialists from TsNIIEP Zhilishcha, TSNIIP of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, SIC Construction, TSNIISK im. Kucherenko, RAASN, Union of Architects of Russia, UrFU, NP "AVOK", ARSS.
The proposal has been sent to the Russian Ministry of Construction for a decision on the creation of a subcommittee on high-rise construction within the framework of TC 465. The initiative of the Central Exhibition Center to create a subcommittee on high-rise construction in the Technical Committee for Standardization "Construction" (TC 465) was put forward earlier this year and received the support of the leadership of the Ministry of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation.
