TsNIIEP Housing is developing a set of rules for the design of high-rise buildings and complexes

Currently, the Institute of JSC "TSNIIEP Housing" is carrying out research work on the topic: "Conducting scientific research and developing a draft Set of rules for multifunctional high-rise buildings and building complexes. Design Rules" commissioned by the Department of Urban Planning Policy of the City of Moscow.

As a result of this work, a draft Set of Rules for the design and construction of high-rise buildings and complexes will be prepared, included in the "Plan for the development and approval of codes of rules and updating codes of rules. Building regulations for 2015 and the planned period up to 2017" (approved by the Order of the Ministry of Construction of Russia dated 30.06.2015 No. 470/pr).

The preparation of the 1st edition of the Code of Rules and its public discussion in accordance with the calendar plan is scheduled for March 2016.

The document on the design of high-rise buildings previously presented on the forum's website is an Organizational Standard developed in 2009 and is not the result of the work currently being carried out. Using his example, the forum participants were invited to discuss general issues and problems of rationing high-rise construction, which could help in the development of modern Codes of Rules in this area.
