The theme of the International Forum and exhibition 100+ TechnoBuild 2023 was "Building Humanity"

The Ministry of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation has approved the theme and concept of the X International Forum and Exhibition 100+ TechnoBuild. This year's event will be held in Yekaterinburg from October 3-6, it will be dedicated to "Building Humanity."

"We are all united by the construction industry and the tasks that the president and the government of the country set for us. The changes that are taking place today allow us to say that we have learned how to work in new realities.: Facilities are being built, and the indicators of the national project are being fulfilled. Since 2014, the 100+ TechnoBuild has been held annually in Yekaterinburg. The event, which began as a forum for high-rise and unique construction, has long gone beyond one topic, and today unites all areas related to construction. This year, the 100+ TechnoBuild forum and exhibition will be held for the tenth time. It is no exaggeration to say that it will serve as a platform for discussing strategically important issues and solving problems facing the entire construction industry," said Irek Fayzullin, Head of the Russian Ministry of Construction.

The Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, Evgeny Kuyvashev, stressed that the region values its reputation as a sought-after and effective platform for discussing topical issues of the construction industry.

"Every year the forum and the exhibition attract more and more experts and participants. Ten years ago, at the start of the forum, there were just over a thousand participants. Last year, about 19 thousand of them were registered. The number of exhibitors has also increased significantly. We used to start with ten, but last year we exceeded 320. We must do everything to ensure that the tenth anniversary 100 + is also held at a high organizational level, strengthening the authority of the event and the image position of the Sverdlovsk region," he commented.

Speaking about the choice of a key topic, Vera Belous, head of the 100+ working group, noted that over the past few years, awareness, the importance of dialogue and new opportunities have been discussed a lot at the forum and exhibition. But there has always been a core at the center of any of these topics, without which 100+, and in general, construction makes absolutely no sense. This is a man with his needs, so it is "Building Humanity" that will form the basis of the event in 2023.

As always, a significant part of the business program will be devoted to the design, construction and operation of buildings and structures, energy efficiency and safety of facilities, green construction, innovative materials and technologies, BIM design, planning and development of transport infrastructure. The interior design direction 100+ Design, which appeared last year, will expand. It will include a two-day forum. The Comfortable Urban Environment Forum will also be developed. In total, about 220 sections are planned.

The exposition will occupy three pavilions of the Yekaterinburg-Expo IEC. It is planned to involve about 400 companies. It is already clear that the number of Russian manufacturers of materials and technologies is growing. A new direction is also planned – power supply and lighting. About 50 manufacturers of electrical products and lighting equipment are expected to participate.

For the fourth time, the Master of Climate regional professional skills competition and the Building Climate Expert engineering forum will be held within the framework of 100+. For the third time, the Ural Real Estate Congress will be held in partnership with the event. For the first time, a three-day practical conference on housing digitalization will be launched jointly with ERZ. In addition, the International Conference "Technical Regulation in Construction" will be held once again. The Russian BIM forum will last for four days, to which the All-Russian talent fair for young professionals will be added.

According to tradition, the winners of the All-Russian Engineering and Architecture Award 100+ Awards will be awarded on the days of 100+. Applications for participation opened on March 1 and will last until May 15.
