Over 33,000 people attended the XIII International Construction Forum and the 100+ TechnoBuild exhibition

The XIII International Construction Forum and the 100+ TechnoBuild Exhibition has completed its work in Yekaterinburg, over 33 thousand people attended the event in four days.

"In a world where there are so many online and neural networks, the possibility of live meetings and conversations is important. Due to the variety of topics and approaches to the presented areas, the event is interesting for both professionals in the construction industry and a wide range of visitors. We are grateful to all the 100+ participants and everyone who supports us for their trust, interest and attention to the forum, the exhibition and our work!" said Vera Belous, head of the TechnoBuild 100+ working group.

The exhibition is located in two pavilions of Yekaterinburg-EXPO. Manufacturers of building materials, suppliers of engineering systems, developers of software and equipment for construction demonstrated their developments.

On the second day of the exhibition, on September 30, Denis Pasler, Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, and Rustam Galyamov, Acting Head of Yekaterinburg, visited the exposition. They also talked with the exhibitors and discussed the implementation of the KRT program in Yekaterinburg. Developers presented new residential complexes and public buildings. Thus, Strana Development presented a model of the tallest residential tower in Russia, Aurus Residence, near Moscow City, UMMC-Builder showed the design of the Premium retail park on Kuibyshev Street near the Iseti Embankment and UMMC Arena, Sinara Development demonstrated the design of a residential quarter. The "Quiet Center" near the Makarovsky Bridge and a mock-up of the Novokoltsovsky district, which is being built on an area of 620 hectares in the south-east of the city.

Manufacturers of materials and components for construction showed new engineering and technical equipment, facade solutions, translucent structures, waterproofing and vibration-proofing materials. A significant part of the exhibition consisted of solutions for a comfortable environment: landscaping projects, art objects, outdoor exercise equipment and musical instruments. The design cluster, which presented interior designs developed by Ural design studios, became the center of attraction in Pavilion 3.

In total, 505 exhibitors from 31 regions of Russia, 60 cities, and 5 countries participated in the exhibition.

On September 30, as part of the 100+ TechnoBuild business program, a plenary session on the topic "House of the Future" was held, moderated by TV presenter Andrey Malakhov. Government officials and the heads of the largest construction companies discussed how the new generation and the development of technology are changing the requirements for real estate.

In total, the 100+ TechnoBuild business program consisted of 220 sessions, where about 1,000 speakers spoke. The Russian Ministry of Construction and its subordinate organizations held more than 30 sessions, where they discussed the intricacies of technical regulation, modern technologies, neuroarchitecture, seamless landscaping for Russian cities, and much more.

Forums for engineers, designers, interior designers, realtors and marketers have become part of the business program. The sessions reflected the topics of the future of small towns, the impact of housing on the quality of life, the restoration of architectural monuments, prices and demand for new buildings and secondary real estate, sales in a complex market, and others. Famous bloggers Ida Galich and Maxim Lutchak also spoke at the forum.

A new skyscraper of the multifunctional administrative and hotel complex "Parus", which will be almost 300 m high, was laid on the fields of 100+ TechnoBuild in Yekaterinburg.

Traditionally, the results of the All-Russian 100+ Awards were summed up within the framework of the forum. The winners were selected in 18 nominations.
