The builders of the skyscrapers have become exemplary contractors

Yekaterinburg companies were included in the ranking of the best contractors in 2014.

On February 19, the traditional award ceremony for the best construction contractors in Yekaterinburg took place. Sergey Myamin, Deputy Head of the City Administration for Capital Construction and Land Use, congratulated the laureates and noted that in the current conditions of economic instability, the status of a bona fide contractor can help strengthen its position in the construction market.

According to the results of 2014, 31 construction companies of the city received the title of a reliable and decent partner. The first place in the rating has been held by Stroytek CJSC for the third year, the second by Astra Group of Companies, and the third place was taken by UIT Uralstroy CJSC.

Among the organizations that have earned the title of a bona fide contractor are SU Aston LLC and SU Sever LLC. Since 2013, they have been implementing a project for the construction of a high-rise residential complex "Repin Park".

For the first time, the "Exemplary Contractor" award was a confirmation of the professional status for the Vysotka company, which completed the construction of the monolithic frame of the Iset Tower in 2014.

The rating of the best construction contractors in Yekaterinburg has been compiled on the initiative of the NP SRO "Guild of Builders of the Urals" since 2012. It is formed based on the results of a quarterly survey of the city's largest general contractors and developers. The total result of the quarterly surveys is the final annual list of bona fide contractors.
