Steel construction – from calculations to project implementation

The Association for the Development of Steel Construction (ARCC), a partner of the forum and a regular participant in the business program, will hold two round tables at the 100+ Forum Russia dedicated to the construction of unique facilities using metal and reinforced concrete structures.

On October 5, the meeting will be attended by representatives of the V.A. Kucherenko Central Research Institute - Ivan Vedyakov, Director of the Institute, Denis Konin, head of the VSIS sector, and Alexander Olurombi and Alexey Krylov, researchers. Specialists from Perm National Research Polytechnic University, Nizhny Tagil Plant of Metal Structures and others will also present their reports during the round table. Scientists and practitioners will discuss the design features of rigid assemblies of multi-storey frames, calculations of steel-reinforced concrete beams for floors, and the manufacture of metal structures for unique buildings. Maxim Volozhin from Astron Buildings will talk about the construction of the Platinum Arena Krasnoyarsk sports complex.

On October 6, the topic of the round table will be devoted to the designs of modern high-rise buildings and the regulatory framework. The agenda of the meeting includes reports on steel-reinforced concrete floors of high-rise buildings, on studies of the influence of rigid reinforcement geometry on load distribution in the elements of steel-reinforced concrete columns, on the specifics of calculating high-rise structures from metal structures, and others.
