100+ SPEAKERS: Elena Sierra, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation, will take part in the plenary session of the 100+ Forum Russia.
The plenary session on "Building by overcoming stereotypes" will begin on October 4 at 2 p.m.
High-rise construction contributes to the development of new technologies, including energy-efficient ones. Green skyscraper projects are multiplying in the world, which is a response to government policies aimed at preserving natural resources. At the same time, high-rise construction can and should be cost-effective. The goal of 100+ Forum Russia is to break the prevailing stereotypes about the unjustified high cost and complexity of such projects and promote the development of unique methods by initiating the improvement of the regulatory framework and measures of economic support from the state.
The panelists will answer the following questions: why do regions need high-rise buildings, how does high-rise construction affect the formation of a modern urban environment, how to maintain a balance between high-rise buildings and social infrastructure, and how can new construction standards help businesses?
