100+ speakers: Fadi Jabri will share his experience of effective urban planning
Fadi Jabri, Regional director of the Nikken Sekkei Japanese Design Institute, will speak at the forum on October 5 at a meeting dedicated to the formation of high-rise and unique complexes as functional and spatial-planning dominants in the structure of modern cities.
On the same day, the expert will take part in the session "How Russian cities are being improved" conducted by Strelka Architects, and will talk about the development of a master plan for the city of Vladivostok.
Dr. Jabri has extensive experience in urban planning, has participated in prestigious international projects in more than 20 cities, designs high-rise, residential, hotel, commercial, multifunctional buildings, embankments, etc.
Fadi Jabri, Executive Director of the Nikken Sekkei Architectural Bureau for the CIS, the Middle East, North Africa and India, has worked on significant projects in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk, Volgograd, Nizhny Novgorod and Vladivostok and participated in a competition to develop a concept for the development of the Moscow agglomeration.
He received his education at the University of Tokyo (Japan). In 2000, Dr. Fadi Jabri joined Nikken Sekkei as an architect after receiving his Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo. He has an award from the International Japan Interior Industry Association (Japan, 2001). In 1999, he won the design competition of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Sciences.
