Session-meeting of the Ministry of Construction of Russia in Yekaterinburg

On December 7, at 14:00, an offsite meeting of the Russian Ministry of Construction will be held at the 100+ Forum Russia.Dmitry Volkov, Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, will address the participants with a welcoming speech.

The agenda of the meeting includes current issues of pricing in construction, the formation of a unified state budget and regulatory framework, planning and development of estimates. This is stated in the report of Andrey Savenkov, Head of the Department for the Examination of Estimated Standards at the FAA Glavgosexpertiza of Russia.

Viktor Tupikin, Minister of Construction and Infrastructure of the Chelyabinsk Region, will make a report on the activities of the Ural Council of the Commonwealth in the field of construction and briefly talk about the results of the VI International Conference "Technical Regulation in Construction".

Pricing in the field of design and survey work will be discussed in the report of Sergey Golovin, head of the Committee of the Russian Union of Builders on Pricing and Estimated Rationing in Construction, Deputy Chief of Staff of NOPRIZ.

Elena Mikhalchuk, Head of the Gazprom Department, and Olga Alexandrova, Head of the Gazprom Neft Capital Construction Best Practices Department, will talk about approaches to determining construction costs in the design of Gazprom facilities and determining the cost of construction of Gazprom Neft capital construction facilities.

Irina Tripolets, Deputy Director for Capital Investments, State Construction Supervision and State Expertise of Rosatom State Corporation, will present the activities carried out by the State Corporation as part of the improvement of the pricing system in construction.
