The seminar with the participation of AVOC brought together hundreds of specialists
205 people, including those from Perm, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen, Izhevsk, Ufa, attended a seminar in Yekaterinburg on the design, installation and commissioning of smoke protection and general exchange ventilation systems for buildings and structures.
The topics stated in the program aroused great interest among representatives of the construction community. These are current issues related to the design, installation and commissioning of general exchange ventilation systems for high-rise buildings, regulatory and technical requirements for smoke protection systems for buildings, and construction control during their installation. Practical solutions for designing automatic fire extinguishing systems and smoke ventilation systems and conducting acceptance and periodic tests of supply and exhaust smoke ventilation systems were also considered.
Opening the seminar, Alexander Kolubkov, Vice President of NP Avok, Director of PPF AK LLC, a well-known expert with more than 40 years of design experience, stressed that thanks to the activity of the initiators of the 100+ Forum Russia forum, it was possible to achieve the approval of new sets of rules for engineering systems of high-rise buildings and rules for the design of high-rise buildings. A number of other regulatory documents are next in line, including a set of rules on fire safety requirements for high–rise buildings.
Boris Kolchev, Deputy Head of the Department – Head of the sector of the Scientific and Technical Research Center of the Federal State Budgetary Institution VNIIPO of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, spoke in detail about the changes that were developed and introduced into Joint Venture 7.13130.2013 "Heating, ventilation and Air conditioning. Fire safety requirements". The draft amended document is currently under approval.
The participants noted that the reports contained practical information and it is important that the authors of the normative documents provided detailed explanations on the application of norms and rules. "Kolchev answered questions on fire safety in great detail, it's a pity that there wasn't enough time, the topics are painful, they are now in great demand and relevant for us, designers. And there are also issues of operation, as we often visit sites with copyright supervision," said representatives of Stroitekproekt. Ildar Shafigullin, a fire safety specialist at the design organization PRSPKT architects from Ufa, added that live communication with speakers is important here, the opportunity to get answers to your specific questions about the use of regulatory documents. Artyom Ashikhmin from Atomstroykomplex Corporation believes that he received ready-made practical recommendations at the seminar and this will greatly help him and his colleagues in their work: "We registered for the seminar in whole departments, many were eager to get here. We always closely monitor innovations in our field and try not to miss such events."
