The head of one of the oldest design institutes in the Russian Federation will talk about "high-altitude" standards
Stanislav Vasilievich Nikolaev, General Director of JSC TSNIIEP Zhilishcha (Moscow), Doctor of Technical Sciences, Honored Builder of Russia, has already confirmed his participation in the 100+ Forum Russia.
TSNIIEP Housing is a research and design institute for residential and public buildings, founded in 1949. The organization has been developing standards for the design of residential buildings, standard projects of large-panel apartment buildings since 1960, and the general designer of integrated residential development in a number of cities across the country.
The Institute also has developed projects directly related to the topic of the forum. Thus, TSNIIEP Housing is the author of Special Technical Specifications for the design of unique and high-rise buildings. The designers of the Institute are the authors of the skyscraper on Davydkovskaya Street in Moscow, built in 2004.
Stanislav Nikolaev started working at the Institute in 1964, and became CEO in 1985. Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Honored Builder of Russia, full member of the Academy of Housing and Communal Services, member of the International Academy of Architecture, he has grown into a major specialist, one of the leaders of modern construction science in Russia.
For many years, Nikolaev has been heading the scientific school of technology and organization of fully assembled and monolithic housing construction, including high-rise construction. He is the author of 15 inventions and more than 80 publications, the scientific supervisor of a number of successfully defended PhD and doctoral theses. Currently, standards for high-rise construction are being developed under his leadership.
