Work on the roadmap
The officials leading the construction of Moscow, St. Petersburg and Novosibirsk confirmed their participation in the All-Russian videoconference to discuss the draft "high-rise roadmap of Russia".
Among them is Alexey Sergeevich Filippov, Deputy Chairman of the Construction Committee of the Government of St. Petersburg. Since 2008, Alexey Sergeevich has been involved in the construction of Olympic facilities in Sochi. In the period from 2011 to 2013, working in the North-Western Directorate for Construction, Reconstruction and Restoration of the Ministry of Culture of Russia, he participated in the restoration projects of the Mariinsky Theater and the Bolshoi Drama Theater. Tovstonogov, as well as architectural monuments of the Oranienbaum Museum-Reserve.
Also on August 21, Deputy Mayor of Novosibirsk, Head of the Department of Construction and Architecture Sergey Vladimirovich Boyarsky, who has been in charge of the city's development since 2009, will take part in the meeting. Since that time, a number of socially significant projects have been implemented in Novosibirsk – a dolphinarium, a fencing center, a third automobile bridge over the Ob River – "Bugrinsky", the development of a project for the construction of an embankment on the right bank of Novosibirsk in 2015, and others.
It is expected that two more representatives of the construction community from Moscow will contact Yekaterinburg - Rafael Lugansky, head of the Department for Ensuring the Implementation of Administrative Reform Measures at the Department of Urban Planning Policy, and Alexey Surov, head of the legal department at NOSTROI, the largest association of 254 self–regulatory organizations in the country.
Together with them, developers from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar, Ufa, Omsk and Chelyabinsk showed interest in the work and will virtually visit Yekaterinburg.
