The program "I am the builder of the Future!" will be presented at the 100+ forum in Yekaterinburg

As part of the business program of the IV International Forum of High-rise and Unique Construction 100+ Forum Russia, events dedicated to the project of the Ministry of Construction of Russia "I am the builder of the Future!" will be held. The program was initiated by the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of Russia and developed with the participation of the department within the framework of the Decade of Childhood program, announced by Presidential Decree in Russia from 2018 to 2027.

The aim of the project is to increase the interest of children and youth in professions in the field of construction, architecture, urban planning and housing and communal services. The program has three areas: children, talented youth and young professionals. Each audience develops its own activities and communication campaign.

"The main goal of the project is to demonstrate how interesting, unique, and important the builder's specialty is," said Svetlana Kuzmenko, Assistant Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, Executive Secretary of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation. – At the same time, we would like to actively involve developers and architects, their support could motivate the participants. For example, program participants would have the opportunity to receive additional points upon admission to specialized universities."

As part of the presentation of the project at the 100+ Forum Russia In Yekaterinburg, a meeting of the working group on the program "I am the builder of the Future" will be held on October 4 at 11.30. It will be attended by representatives of federal branch universities - MGSU and MARKHI, SIC "Construction" and the School of management "Skolkovo". At the event, the results of the competition for the development of the symbol of the program "I am the builder of the Future!" will be summed up and a collection of best practices for popularizing construction professions will be presented. The event will be attended by Sergey Stepashin, Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of Russia.

It is also planned to open a children's architectural and construction site in the exhibition part of the 100+ Forum Russia, where young Yekaterinburg residents will be able to participate in the construction of a unique wooden bridge designed by young architects. For the first time, the bridge was erected on the site of the project "I am the builder of the Future!" in honor of Builder's Day 2017 in Moscow.
