Professional standards will form a new qualification system for construction workers

The documents were developed by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), NP "National Association of Urban Development Experts (SROSEXPERTIZA) and FSBI "TSNIIP of the Ministry of Construction of Russia".

Projects of professional standards for specialists in the field of territorial planning and urban planning, engineering surveys, engineering and technical design, pricing and cost engineering, quality assessment and expertise in urban planning were proposed for discussion at the forum. The meetings discussed the main stages of the development of professional standards, draft professional standards, the need to refine and expand the areas of professional activity described in the projects.

The discussion about the new documents began at the section on information modeling in urban planning and continued during the round table discussion of professional standards. Representatives of the FSBI "TsNIIP of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation" Rustam Toganovich Akbiev and Tatyana Viktorovna Morozova made presentations and reports here. Natalia Konstantinovna Kapustyan, Chief Researcher of the FSBI "IFZ RAS", and Yuri Mikhailovich Glukhovenko, President of the National Fire Society, as well as representatives of the professional community, heads and employees of research centers, acted as experts., higher educational institutions, design and survey organizations, etc. The discussion continued during the thematic sections devoted to design justifications for design purposes, monitoring in construction, as well as the design and installation of facade systems and translucent structures.

During the professional and public discussion, 85 participants attended the round table; in total, more than 450 experts and experts participated in the discussions and discussions.

Following the discussion, the working group on the development of professional standards was recommended to consider including a block of labor functions related to information modeling based on BIM and GIS technologies in the PS "Specialist in the field of engineering and technical design for urban development" and other PS.

Dmitry Valerievich Klimov, Deputy Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the forum, outlined the development of professional standards of this group as the most significant for the industry at the Plenary Session on September 25, 2015.
