The public discussion of the set of rules for the design of high-rise buildings continues.

There is less than a month left until the end of the discussion. The Center for High-rise Competencies, in the framework of assistance in conducting a public discussion of the joint venture "High-rise buildings and complexes. Design Rules", invites all interested specialists to participate in the discussion. Please send suggestions and comments on the text of the Joint Venture and the explanatory note, as well as on the procedure for developing and approving the joint venture, by February 15, 2016 to gdenisn@gmail.com marked "Public discussion of the joint venture". It is mandatory to indicate the name of the company, full name and position of the author of the proposals.

We remind you that the development of the set of rules is being conducted by the Central Research Institute of Housing in cooperation with the Central Research Institute named after A.V. Kucherenko, the National Research Institute named after N. M. Gersevanov, the National Research Institute of Natural Sciences named after A. A. Gvozdev, TECTOPLANf, the National Research Institute of Natural Sciences RAASN, NP AVOK, Santekhniiproekt, Santekhproekt, VAN Design Bureau, etc. on the basis of a state contract with the Department of Urban Planning Policy of the city Moscow. The development of a set of rules is conducted in accordance with article 16 
Federal law"On Technical Regulation" 184-FZ.

The procedure for developing and approving codes of rules was approved by Order No. 394/pr of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation dated 03.06.2015 and Resolution No. 858 dated 19.11.2008.
