Moscow Government to participate in 100+ Forum Russia

The participation of representatives of the Department of Urban Planning Policy of the City of Moscow in the International Forum of High-rise and Unique Construction in Yekaterinburg has been confirmed.

The delegation will also include representatives of the Interdepartmental Working Group on the formation of a regulatory and technical framework for the design, construction and operation of high-rise buildings in Moscow.

Taking into account the experience of the capital's urban planners in working out issues related to the formation of a regional regulatory framework for high-rise construction, their participation in the work of the regulatory sections will significantly increase the level of the event.
Currently, the Department is working to update the state of the regulatory legal framework of the city of Moscow and ensure the unity of legal regulation of urban development activities. A special Interdepartmental working group has been created, which also includes representatives of the Central Exhibition Center and the organizing committee of the 100+ Forum Russia. A consolidated list and Schedule of measures for the development of priority regulatory, technical, scientific and methodological documents on the design, construction and operation of high-rise buildings and structures in 2015-2016 have been formed.

The need for this work is due to the fact that regional standards, including the Moscow City Building Standards (MGCN), are excluded from the current federal regulatory framework for the technical regulation of the design and construction of buildings and structures (including high-rise buildings).
