The first step in improving the regulatory framework for high-rise construction

A group of construction industry specialists has developed and sent to the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation a draft interstate Code of Rules (ICP) for the design and construction of engineering systems for high-rise buildings. This document combines into a single Set of rules "Engineering systems of high-rise buildings" sections on heat supply systems, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration, water supply, sanitation and fire extinguishing systems, electrical equipment systems, automation and dispatching.

The document was drafted by representatives of the Association of Climate Industry Enterprises (APIC), the Association of Ventilation, Heating and Air Conditioning (AVOC), and representatives of the faculty of MGSU and SPbGASU universities. Among them are the vice-president of NP AVOK A. Kolubkov, Candidate of Technical Sciences A. Busakhin, Doctor of Technical Sciences S. Burtsev, Candidate of Technical Sciences M. Tarabanov, Honored Builder of Russia S. Kozlov, who have practical experience in the implementation of dozens of buildings over 100 meters high.

After passing the necessary approval procedures, the joint venture will become the first legislative document within the framework of the Roadmap and preparations for the 100+ Forum Russia 2015.
