The first day of the 100+ Forum Russia

VI opened in Yekaterinburg on October 29. The International Forum of High-rise and unique Construction 100+ Forum Russia and the exhibition 100+ Technologies for cities. The number of registrations on the official website of the event was 8,600 people, more than 2,000 guests and participants attended the forum at the same time on the first day of its work.

The opening ceremony was attended by Arkady Chernetsky, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Federal Structure, Regional Policy, Local Government and Northern Affairs, Dmitry Volkov, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, and Mikhail Volkov, Minister of Construction and Infrastructure Development of the Sverdlovsk Region.

"The exhibition within the framework of the forum is gaining strength every year, the number of organizations presenting their products is growing, the range of products, projects, and technology options is increasing, and we are pleased to conquer the space of this exhibition complex ... The task set by the governor and the Ministry of Construction is to make the site in Yekaterinburg something like "construction Innoprom," Arkady Chernetsky is quoted by TASS.
The exhibition of innovative materials and technologies 100+ Technologies for Cities is held in Pavilion No. 1 of Yekaterinburg-EXPO and brings together 122 exhibitors from 10 countries, 11 regions and 18 cities of Russia. The exhibition is attended by the world's leading and Russian developers of technologies and materials: Schneider Electric, OTIS, Knauf, 1C, Rostec, JCB, Palfinger, Krylov Scientific Center, Mostostroy and others.

Dmitry Volkov took part in the opening of the section of the NOSTROI Association "Reliability and Safety in Construction". "We are planning to create a new register of regulatory and technical documentation. And we will form it in such a way that, having loaded into it all the documents that are needed during the examination, we will be able to collect all the collisions in it and eliminate them. And in this we need your help and expert support. It is important for us to make it convenient for the client. We must work together to bring this matter to an end, and in this sense, I really hope for the newly created technical committee, for NOSTRA." — He said.

The delegates of 100+ Forum Russia were greatly interested in the Russian BIM Technologies Forum, which began with a pitch session of BIM vendors. The experts discussed international standards of work in BIM, modern information modeling technologies, and global trends in the digitalization of the construction industry.

Vyacheslav Trapeznikov, President of the Ural Builders Association, a co-organizer of the forum, moderated one of the BIM sessions.

In addition, on the first day, such events as the AVOC conference "Engineering of the cities of the Future", "Wooden construction in the cities of the future", the AVOC master class "Water supply and internal fire extinguishing systems" and others took place.
