A park under the roof, a design cluster and a masters' competition: the 100+ TechnoBuild exhibition will expand the directions

The International Construction Forum and the 100+ TechnoBuild exhibition will expand the exhibition this year. From October 18 to 21, the Yekaterinburg-Expo IEC will host not only manufacturers of materials and technologies, developers and IT companies familiar to the event, but also designers and specialists in a comfortable urban environment. In addition, a professional skills competition will be held among employees in the field of individual housing construction. In total, more than 300 exhibitors are expected in three pavilions.

Thus, the Comfortable Urban Environment cluster will present solutions for landscaping, new products in the field of street lighting, small architectural forms, playgrounds and sports equipment. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that most of the cluster will be built up as a park with places for recreation, sports, and playgrounds. Despite the end of October, there will be a lot of greenery in the park.

In addition to the stands of companies manufacturing materials and interior solutions, the interior design cluster will house a demonstration exhibit of three tall cubes, where live interiors from Yekaterinburg designers will be presented. Workshops from designers and manufacturers of materials will also be held in these "cubes".

An Interior Design Forum and a Landscaping Forum will be held nearby in the conference hall for all four days.

The organizers plan to bring together several hundred finishers from different regions of Russia in the cluster of professional skills. Speakers and participants who have established themselves as market experts and are actively working to develop the professional skills of participants in the market of individual housing construction are invited to the event: KNAUF Academy, School of Painters and others. Representatives of Craftsman Communities from eight regions of Russia will compete in the competition itself.

In addition, the Ural Real Estate Forum will be held for the second time at the 100+ TechnoBuild site. It is a platform for the exchange of experience, the study and popularization of modern market technologies, solving topical issues of market functioning, developing a development strategy and new business directions. The forum will include training events for realtors and heads of real estate agencies, networking, and an exhibition of partner opportunities.

In general, 100+ TechnoBuild, as always, will bring together advanced Russian companies in one place that are ready to present relevant solutions to any industry challenge, including import substitution. The event will feature presentations of new brands.

This year, for the first time, the forum and the exhibition will run for four days.
