Precipitation of the foundation of a high-rise building a year later: experts will evaluate the monitoring results

As part of the business program of the 100+ Forum Russia, a master class of SIC "Construction" on calculations of foundations of high-rise buildings and structures will be held. The experts will summarize the calculations of the precipitation of the base of the high-rise performed a year ago and compare them with the results of geotechnical monitoring. The moderator of the event will be Oleg Shulyatyev, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Deputy Director for Scientific Work at the N. M. Gersevanov National Research Institute of Economics.

The organizers invite everyone to take part in the master class and calculate the precipitation of the base of a high-rise building using the example of a 39-storey building (144.9 m) with four underground floors, the total weight of the building excluding the weight of the foundation is 110 160 tons. The depth of the foundation is 15.15 m, the foundation area is 1377 m2.

On October 5, 2016, at 11:30 a.m. in Conference Hall No. 4 of the Yekaterinburg-Expo IEC, the results obtained will be reviewed during the master class "Foundations of high-rise buildings and structures". All experts who have proposed their own version of calculating the foundation draft of a unique building will be invited to a discussion with leading scientists.
