The shortlist of the 100+ AWARDS has been determined

The experts of the All-Russian Engineering and Architectural Award 100+ Awards have reviewed the applications received from applicants and formed a shortlist. 92 projects in 18 nominations will be sent to the jury for consideration, 20 applications are devoted to projects from the Sverdlovsk region.

In total, more than 200 applications were submitted for the award this year. The nominations "The best architectural solution – a public building under construction", "The best architectural solution – an apartment building or complex under construction" and "The best solution for creating a comfortable urban environment" gathered the most applicants.

There are many new companies among this year's nominees. For the first time, FGC Group, Dominanta development company, Pobeda Group, as well as GORE architectural bureaus, the Open Architecture Workshop and the MAM Architectural Workshop submitted their projects to the competition. The geography of the projects and the number of award participants have doubled since 2021.

This year's applications include ideas for reconstruction and adaptation. Thus, the project of renovation of the territory and buildings of DSK 1 for the installation of one of the largest data processing centers in Moscow was included in the final shortlist. The new Perm Art Gallery complex and the National Space Center compete with it in the category of unique buildings. In the nomination of the best architectural solutions for public buildings, the project of the Mixer art residence, a reconstructed building built in 1985 on the territory of Noyabrsk, was shortlisted.

A difficult choice awaits the jury in the nomination of the best engineering solutions: The Nagatinsky Pedestrian Bridge, the Kaliningrad branch of the Tretyakov Gallery and the Academy of Choreography in Sevastopol met there.

Also, for the first time this year, the jury will announce the winner of a special nomination in accordance with the overall theme of 100+ TechnoBuild. This year it will be the "Architect of the Future" — for his significant contribution to the appearance of modern buildings and cities.

 "The role of the 100+ AWARDS among other architectural awards is to pay attention to the work of engineers and designers, to highlight the uniqueness of solutions. In the applications, the participants emphasize precisely such features of their projects. At the same time, experts appreciate the ingenious moves: this year, for example, the jury will evaluate a polymer-bitumen waterproofing material with a mint scent in the shortlist of building materials and technologies," the organizers note.

The winners of the 100+ AWARDS 2026 will be announced during a reception at the International Construction Forum and the 100+ TechnoBuild Exhibition on September 30.

In the professional environment, the 100+ AWARDS are called the "engineering Oscar" — for their emphasis on engineering and structural solutions in construction, special attention to new technologies and materials that affect the development of the construction industry.

Over the years, the award has been won by architects, designers and builders of the ATOM Museum and Exhibition Complex at VDNH, the floating Badaevsky residential complex, the UMMC Arena, the Lakhta Center, the automobile and railway bridge over the Lena River and other unique objects of our country.

The winners are selected in two stages: experts form a shortlist for all nominations, and then the jury determines the winners by a point system. Participation in the award is free of charge.
