The discussion of the joint venture project for the design of high-rise buildings will begin in December.

Denis Galiev, head of the Central Exhibition Complex, took part in a meeting of the Interdepartmental Working Group on the formation and coordination of the development of a regulatory and technical framework for the design, construction and operation of high-rise buildings in Moscow. The meeting discussed the progress of work on the draft Code of Rules "Multifunctional high-rise buildings and complexes. Design rules".

It should be recalled that the development of the first document regulating the rules of design in high-rise construction is being conducted by TsNIIEP Housing and a number of organizations that are part of the working group: NIIZHB, NIIOSP, NIISF, Gorproekt TECTOPLAf, VAN KB, NP AVOK, Santekhniiproekt, Santekhproekt, etc.

In order to familiarize the professional community with the document and take into account the opinion of experts, the draft code of rules for the design of high-rise buildings and complexes will be submitted for public discussion at the end of December this year. According to the developers, the document is currently under development.

In accordance with the requirements of 184-FZ "On Technical Regulation" and in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 858 of November 19, 2008, two months are allotted for public discussion of the draft document.
