PUBLIC DISCUSSION: JOINT venture "High-rise buildings and complexes. Design rules"

In July 2020, a public discussion of the draft of the first edition of Amendment No. 1 to the Code of Rules "High-rise buildings and complexes. Design Rules" (SP 267.1325800.2016).

We invite all interested experts to participate in the discussion.
By July 13, you can send comments, suggestions and additions to the 100+ Organizing Committee by e-mail info@forum-100.ru with a note in the subject of the letter "Public discussion of the joint venture."

You must specify in the letter:

• Full name of the comment author;
• place of work and position of the comment author;
• the section, paragraph of amendments to the Joint venture, in respect of which a comment is being sent.

At the end of the period of public discussion of the changes to the joint venture, all proposals received will be sent to the developers. The draft of the first edition of the amendment is being carried out by Tsniipromzdaniy on the instructions of the Ministry of Construction of Russia.

Code of rules "High-rise buildings and complexes. Design Rules" became the first regulatory document on the design of high-rise buildings. Its development and approval were initiated by the construction community at the 100+ Forum Russia. It was here that a constructive dialogue between government and business took place, and the decisions taken at the forum gave rise to the development of existing mechanisms for regulating the industry and improving the business climate in construction. At the forum site, specialists and experts annually discuss regulatory and technical documentation on high-rise construction. At the development stage, forum experts sent more than 800 comments and recommendations to the joint Venture on high-rise and unique facilities.
