The construction of a unique facility, the 4th power unit of the Beloyarsk NPP, will be discussed at the 100+ Forum Russia

The construction of the 4th power unit of the Beloyarsk nuclear power Plant (Zarechny, Sverdlovsk region), with Russia's only BN-800 fast neutron reactor, has become a platform for the application of innovative technologies. To reduce the construction time, a combined installation method was developed and successfully applied: the installation of equipment was carried out simultaneously with monolithic work. Concreting of the turbine unit plate was carried out using continuous concreting technology for 48 hours. The arched vault of the reactor compartment of the main building is considered a unique engineering structure.
