New opportunities for the construction industry will be discussed at the plenary session of the 100+ TechnoBuild forum and exhibition

The plenary session of the International Construction Forum and the 100+ TechnoBuild Exhibition will be held on October 19, the theme is "Building the future. New opportunities." Irek Fayzullin, Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation, confirmed his participation in it, and Marat Khusnullin, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, was also invited. As last year, the meeting will be held in a question–and-answer format. In addition to the authorities, the participants will be the presidents of NOSTROI and NOPRIZ, the heads of DOM.RF" and SIC "Stroitelstvo", as well as the largest developers of the Sverdlovsk region.

A total of 100+ TechnoBuild events will run for four days – from October 18 to October 21 at Yekaterinburg Expo. The business program will include 200 sections. Traditionally, the co-organizers will be the Ministry of Construction of Russia and its subordinate institutions: FAA "FTS", NIISF RAASN, Glavgosexpertiza of Russia, TSNIIP of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, FAA "Roskapstroy", FBU "Rosstroycontrol", as well as the government of the Sverdlovsk region.

FAA "FTS" will hold the X International Conference "Technical Regulation in Construction". It will be dedicated to the new socio-economic conditions of technical regulation in the construction sector, as well as to promoting the development of the construction industry. NIISF RAASN organizes a session on "Technologies for ensuring a comfortable and environmentally friendly human environment." Glavgosexpertiza of Russia will hold a round table "Formation of a construction assistance system: interaction and communication".

One of the key co-organizers of the business program will be NIC Stroitelstvo, which will host more than 60 speakers. During all four days, experts will discuss geotechnics and underground construction, foundations of high-rise and unique structures, steel and wooden structures in modern buildings, scientific and technical support for design and construction, reinforced concrete construction, problems of earthquake-resistant construction and other topics.

There will also be sections on broader topics. Experts will tell you how urban redevelopment is going in different parts of Russia, discuss trends in a comfortable urban environment for children and adults, the development of Russian parks, and the prospects for "green" construction. Students will be able to learn what vertical urbanism is and what its prospects are, find out why designers pay more and more attention to requests from social networks in their work, how educational and cultural facilities, wooden architecture and much more are developing.

For those who are directly involved in the promotion and sale of housing, the Real Estate Marketing meeting will be useful, where they will discuss system tools for creating a successful property in the field of development.

For the first time, 100+ courses will be held for industry specialists. In particular, the seminar "Construction supervision, control of compliance with the regulatory framework and design solutions" and the advanced training section "Pricing and estimated rationing" will be held.

A new direction will also be the BIM Talent Fair, where construction companies will be able to find promising personnel among Russian students and young professionals working in the field of BIM design.
