On the third day of the 100+ Forum Russia, round-table meetings will be held with the participation of NOSTRA and Rosreestr specialists.

A round table on the topic "Implementation of the target model "State Cadastral registration" as a factor in increasing the investment attractiveness of the Sverdlovsk region: the main problems and prospects for their solution" will begin on October 6 at 9.30 a.m. Igor Tsyganash, Head of the Federal Register Office for the Sverdlovsk Region, will talk about the implementation of the target model "State cadastral registration of land and real estate". The agenda of the meeting also includes issues on the relationship between the presence or absence in the Unified State Register of Real Estate of territorial zones provided for in the rules of land use and development, on the creation of a regional spatial data fund, on the formation of a unified information space in the Sverdlovsk region.

The round table meeting of the National Association of Builders (NOSTROI) will begin at 2 p.m., moderated by Nadezhda Prokopyeva, Director of the NOSTROI Department of Vocational Education. It will focus on the development and application of professional standards in design and construction. During the round table, experts will discuss the development of the national qualifications system in construction and the need to create an institute for independent assessment of qualifications in urban planning, as well as the role of professional standards in the system of higher, secondary and continuing professional education.
