For the first time, a test drive of construction and utility equipment for visitors will be held at the 100+ TechnoBuild exhibition
The international construction exhibition 100+ TechnoBuild will expand the field of specialized machinery this year. There will be 60 vehicles at the main entrance to Yekaterinburg Expo, and some will even be tested on a test drive. The event will be held from October 1-4, 2024.
Visitors will be able to independently test the driving performance and maneuverability of tractors, dump trucks, wheeled excavators, backhoe loaders and front loaders, utility and warehouse equipment. Inside the Expo, visitors will see the usual destinations for 100+. The first pavilion will house builders and developers, as well as manufacturers of building materials and technologies. The guests of the exhibition will be presented with renderings of the first houses with an area of 176 thousand square meters in the new microdistrict of Yekaterinburg – Gornoshchitskiy. Much attention will be paid to fire and industrial safety: fire-resistant materials and coatings for engineering communications, metal and wooden structures, and integrated solutions for facilities that are under construction, under repair, or already in use will be presented at the stands.
Several manufacturers will demonstrate smart glasses and translucent structures for apartment buildings and suburban housing, including those that can change their transparency due to light scattering - they respond to illumination, temperature and electric current supply. Lock manufacturers will show new products that allow fingerprint access. Russian and Chinese manufacturers will bring new elevator equipment, including business class with an exclusive design.
The largest stand of the exhibition will be located in the second pavilion. It will feature professional technical and glazed porcelain stoneware for various applications such as facades, public areas and private spaces.
A BIM cluster will also be located here. The developers will demonstrate services for remote construction control using 360° photos, cloud platforms for automated quality control of BIM models for compliance with customer requirements and collision checks, as well as obtaining the cost of the object at any time. It will be possible to get acquainted with the services that monitor the executive documentation from contractors, keep operational records of construction work and see all changes in the project in real time.
One of the companies will present Russia's first 3D real estate marketplace with the possibility of interactive walking in a gamified mode. In addition, everyone will be able to explore the mobile application of the El-Dabaa NPP under construction, the first nuclear power plant in Egypt. A traditional part of the exhibition will be a city park with live trees and shrubs, where you can relax while birds sing. The exhibitors will present modern play complexes, animal statues, and even a fitness house with outdoor and gym equipment.
In the design cluster, you will be able to get acquainted with materials and solutions for repairs, and the largest part of it will be corners from local studios. Each of them will be executed in an individual style.
