On the eve of the forum, representatives of the regional and city authorities officially announced that Yekaterinburg is ready to host the international forum of high-rise and unique construction 100+ Forum Russia.

There is less than a week left before the start of the congress. Next Wednesday, September 23, on the "zero" day, the first events will be held at Yekaterinburg – Expo. On the morning of September 24, the grand opening of 100+ ForumRussia will kick off the country's largest civil engineering forum.

Vyacheslav Trapeznikov told reporters that the organizers expect at least 2,000 participants, more than 1,600 people have already been registered, about 70 thematic events are planned in the business program, 260 speakers will make presentations and presentations.

It is not surprising that Yekaterinburg has become the venue for Russia's largest high-rise and unique construction forum. Sergey Myamin noted that our city has implemented enough high-rise projects that prove the competence of Ural builders. 132 high–rise buildings have already been built in Yekaterinburg, including two 200+ skyscrapers, over 80 high-rise projects are under implementation and more than 150 are planned.

The main topics of the upcoming event were announced at the press conference. This time, it's not just about high-rise construction. This year, at 100+ Forumrussia, specialists will talk about unique projects using the example of sports facilities for the 2018 FIFA World Cup and the experience of constructing 4 power units of the Beloyarsk NPP (Zarechny, Sverdlovsk Region).

One of the key topics of the upcoming forum will be the implementation of a roadmap for the development of high-rise construction in the regions. The problem of the lack of a regulatory framework for high-rise construction was raised at last year's forum. The first steps have already been taken for the current event – a document has been prepared that will form the basis of the regulatory and technical framework. The discussion of his project will take place at the 100+ Forum Russia.

The press conference was held with the assistance of the Interfax-Ural news agency. The venue for the event on the 50th floor of the Iset Tower was provided by UMMC-Holding, a partner of the forum and the developer of the tower. When asked about the completion of the skyscraper, Sergei Yerypalov did not give a specific date, but assured that all work would be completed by the end of this year. A thematic object session will be devoted to the project implementation at the forum, where leading experts and experts will reveal the secrets of building the northernmost skyscraper.
