Issues of urban environment improvement will be discussed at the 100+ Forum Russia high-rise construction forum

The IV International Forum of High-rise and Unique Construction 100+ ForumRussia, which will be held on October 4-6 in Yekaterinburg, will discuss the implementation of a priority project to improve the urban environment. This was announced by Mikhail Men, Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, at a meeting of the forum's organizing committee on April 6.

 "This is the only large-scale public event in the country that talks about construction not in general, but on specific scientific and technical topics. They are largely related to the activities of the Russian Ministry of Construction and its subordinate institutions. And this year we will include in the program the implementation of a priority project to create a comfortable urban environment," said Mikhail Men, Minister, Chairman of the organizing committee of the forum.

The meeting was attended by the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, Evgeny Kuyvashev, who said that the forum is a driver of the growth of the construction market in the Sverdlovsk region and the whole country as a whole: "This is a platform where specialists and businesses are ready to present their products for consumer discussion. The relevance of the event is confirmed by unbiased statistics – in 2016, experts from 17 countries and many Russian construction companies, architectural bureaus, and developers attended the event." He also said that in 2017, in addition to the main topic, the forum will discuss the construction of bridges and large-span structures, the development of the underground space of megacities, road construction and transport infrastructure of the city, reconstruction and restoration of architectural heritage sites and others.

The meeting was also attended by Deputy Head of the Russian Ministry of Construction Elena Sierra, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Federal Structure, Regional Policy, Local Government and Northern Affairs Arkady Chernetsky, Deputy of the State Duma, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Transport and Construction Sergey Bidonko and others.

The Chairman of the forum's organizing committee is Mikhail Men, Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation.
