A round table of Glavgosexpertiza of Russia will be held at 100+ TechnoBuild

The round table "Effective customer is the key to successful projects" will be held on October 2 by Glavgosexpertiza of Russia as part of the business program of the 100+ TechnoBuild forum and exhibition. It will be held in Yekaterinburg from October 1 to October 4.

The main focuses of the discussion, which will be held at one of the venues of Yekaterinburg Expo by Glavgosexpertiza of Russia, will be issues of effective interaction with the customer, the development of professional competencies and, in general, increasing the role of the customer in modern construction conditions and project cost management.

The moderator of the round table will be Igor Manylov, Head of Glavgosexpertiza of Russia. Sergey Golovin, his Deputy for Pricing, and Leonid Stavitsky, Chairman of the Association of Expertise of Russia, will take part in the meeting.

The heads of relevant services and divisions of Glavgosexpertiza will tell in their reports about the current work and target projects of the department within the framework of the Year of the customer in the construction industry, including:

• about the tasks of forming an effective customer model;
• its functions and methods of interaction with all participants in the process of state expertise, including issues of pricing and verification of the reliability of estimates;
• knowledge management and other relevant aspects of expert activity.
