A round table of Glavgosexpertiza of Russia will be held at 100+ TechnoBuild

On October 19, Glavgosexpertiza of Russia will hold an industry round table at the site of the International Construction Forum and the 100+ TechnoBuild Exhibition in Yekaterinburg. The participants will discuss how to establish interaction and communication in the industry in order to increase the efficiency of construction processes.

Igor Manylov, head of Glavgosexpertiza, will open the discussion, outlining the development vectors of the Institute of construction Expertise, taking into account the challenges of modern times. He has repeatedly noted that the future of construction engineering is an integral element of economic development, especially in conditions of high uncertainty, when it is necessary to predict risks and quickly make effective decisions. Thus, classical expertise is being replaced by comprehensive support of investment projects, the possibilities of which will be discussed by Yulia Isachenko, Head of the Expert Services Interaction Service at Glavgosexpertiza of Russia. Alexey Serebryakov, Deputy Head of the Department and Head of the Engineering Center, will comment on the prospects of cost engineering aimed at a comprehensive solution to the customer's tasks and high–quality project cost management.

Special attention at the round table will be paid to the issues of passing state construction and environmental expertise in the "one-stop shop" format. The topic is of great interest to the professional community, and training seminars gather hundreds of listeners. The service has been provided since September 1, 2022, in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2366. The examinations are conducted synchronously due to the integration of information systems AIS Glavgosexpertiza and PTK Goscontrol of Rosprirodnadzor and data exchange between departments. Oksana Rodivilova, Head of the Environmental Expertise Department of Glavgosexpertiza of Russia, will describe the procedure for providing the service and summarize the results of the first month of work in a new format: 15 applications have already been received for passing the examination through a "one window". Evgeny Momotov, Project Manager of the Information Systems Development Department at the Glavgosexpertiza Digital Transformation Center, will analyze how everything goes technically from the applicant's point of view.

The round table will also consider legislative amendments regarding the examination of project documentation and issues related to the development of human resources in construction.
