100+ TechnoBuild will conduct guided tours of the best residential complexes in the Sverdlovsk region
During the 100+ TechnoBuild 2021 on October 5, 2021, the ERZ portal.The Russian Federation, the National Association of Housing Developers (NOZA), together with the Guild of Builders of the Urals, organize tours of the construction sites of the best residential complexes in the Sverdlovsk region – winners and prize-winners of the urban planning competition of residential complexes-new buildings of the TOP residential complexes.
The purpose of the guided tours is to introduce representatives of developers and experts to the best practices of housing construction in the Sverdlovsk region and the Russian Federation.
As part of the tour, detailed information from developers will be provided on approaches to choosing a land plot, providing infrastructure, organizing parking and courtyard spaces, planning decisions made, architecture, apartment construction, and security solutions for residents. Those who wish will be able to view the demonstration apartments, ask any questions to the developers.
