100+ Forum Russia will select the best residential and commercial real estate in the Sverdlovsk region

On October 5, the final and solemn awarding ceremony of the winners of the Construction Triumph competition will take place at the Yekaterinburg — EXPO International Exhibition Center.

The regional urban planning competition of achievements and innovations in the field of real estate "Construction Triumph" is held in Sverdlovsk region annually. This year, 50 residential and commercial properties in Yekaterinburg will take part in the competition and Sverdlovsk region.

The competition was established by six professional associations: the Guild of Builders of the Urals, the Ural Chamber of Real Estate, the Authorized Representative Office of the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers in Yekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk Region, the Union of the Construction Industry of the Sverdlovsk Region, the Union of Builders of the Sverdlovsk Region and the Sverdlovsk Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. The competition is supported by the Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure of the Sverdlovsk Region and the Yekaterinburg City Administration.

This year, the best facilities will be selected in seven categories:

1. The best economy and comfort class residential complex in Moscow Yekaterinburg;
2. The best economy and comfort class residential complex in the Sverdlovsk region;
3. The best business class residential complex;
4. The best office property;
5. The best commercial real estate object;
6. The best social facility;
7. Recognition (personal nomination).

The final and awarding of the winners of the competition will take place on October 5, 2016 within the framework of the international forum of high-rise and unique construction 100 + Forum Russia.
