Professional standards to be discussed at 100+ Forum Russia

On October 6, the 100+ Forum Russia will host a meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council - NTES of the FSBI "TSNIIP of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation" to discuss the prospects for the application of key professional standards approved by the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation, which are the basis for training under the new rules, an independent assessment of the qualifications of civil engineers, geotechnical engineers, calculation engineers and construction experts.

It is known that the Russian Ministry of Labor has currently approved more than 20 professional standards in the field of engineering surveys, design and construction expertise, directly related to high-rise and unique construction. Of these, five relate to the issues of foundations and foundations, structural safety, digital modeling, calculations for design purposes and construction and technical expertise.

According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, all available training programs at universities must now be brought into line with professional standards and qualifications based on them, as well as undergo professional and public accreditation. Qualification assessment centers (CCCs) have been established and are already operating in the country, and a network of examination centers is being formed to carry out work in this area.

Specialists of FSBI "TSNIIP of the Ministry of Construction of Russia", one of the organizers of the forum, are participants in the development of key prof. standards "constructor-builder", "construction expert". They will organize a special platform at the forum to enable the participants and guests of 100+ ForumRussia to meet with the developers of Prof. members of the Council for Professional Qualifications in Construction (SECS at NOSTROI), representatives of PC manufacturing organizations (LIRA, SCAD, TECHSOFT, etc.), teachers of the country's leading universities (MGSU, MIIT, SPbGPU, TSASU, SIBSTREAM, etc.), ask them questions of interest, get comprehensive answers to them. The speakers, having gathered together for the first time in the framework of the NTES of the FSBI TSNIIP of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, will share their experience in training students who have become expert users. PC, experts will participate in the discussion, the development of joint solutions for the development of activities in this area.

Following the results of the NTES meeting, the forum will adopt a resolution with proposals from participants on the development of vocational education and an independent assessment of qualifications, taking into account the interests of interested participants, for referral to The Ministry of Construction of Russia, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, NARK, NOSTROI, and other interested parties.
