The Ministry of Construction of Russia approved the resolution 100+ Forum Russia 2017
"What we like about this forum, why we take part in it every year, is that we hear constructive criticism and suggestions that give us directions for development. This is a platform where business and government work together permanently, complementing each other."
Elena Sierra, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation, Deputy Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the 100+ Forum Russia, agreed on the text of the resolution following the results of the IV International Forum of High-rise and Unique Construction. She has already noted the main results of the work of 100+ Forum Russia during the forum: "These are the sets of rules first of all. At the first forum, it was announced that there are not enough technical standardization documents for high-rise construction. A joint venture on the design of high-rise buildings was adopted in 2017 and is already in effect, and now we are expecting a joint venture on fire safety in high-rise construction. Thus, we solve the problem of the need to develop special technical conditions for each object above 100 meters. And this greatly facilitates the work of designers and experts, reduces both the time for project development and the funds for project development – this is already an important and positive result."
This year, new relevant questions have been received from the expert community. Elena Sierra expressed the hope that at the next forum it will be possible to say that these problems have been successfully solved.
