The Russian Ministry of Construction promotes high-rise construction in the regions

The initiative to create a subcommittee on high-rise construction in the Technical Committee for Standardization "Construction" (TC 465) was approved by the leadership of the Ministry of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation.

The creation of a specialized subcommittee should be one of the mechanisms for implementing the roadmap approved at the 100+ Forum Russia last year. Namely, to contribute to the preparation and adoption of a regulatory framework for high-rise construction in the country.

The working group will include specialists from research institutes, representatives of design, construction and operating organizations.

TC 465 annually forms a program for the development of national standards in the field of construction. The activities of the subcommittees are conducted in the following areas: engineering surveys, design, construction, urban planning, buildings and structures, building structures and foundations, external and internal engineering networks and equipment, as well as building materials and general technical issues.
