The Ministry of Construction of Russia supported the forum and the exhibition 100+ TechnoBuild 2022

The IX International Construction Forum and the 100+ TechnoBuild Exhibition will be held in Yekaterinburg from October 18 to 21. The organizing committee was chaired by the Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin.

"100+ TechnoBuild is a platform for presenting the capabilities of the Russian construction industry and discussing strategically important issues. The joint experience helps to build the most constructive dialogue, find optimal solutions on a wide range of issues that become an incentive for the development of the industry," said the head of the Russian Ministry of Construction.

The forum and the exhibition will run for four days for the first time. The main topic will be "Building the future. New opportunities." The business program will expand to 130 sections, and the exhibition part will occupy three pavilions of the International Exhibition Center "Yekaterinburg-Expo".

The main focus of the exhibition will be on manufacturers of materials, technologies and equipment, as well as the information technology cluster. These topics will also occupy a special place in the business program. One of the days, the program will include training seminars and master classes for specialized specialists in the construction sector (cost estimators, engineers, craftsmen and manufacturers of works, customer service). However, traditional topics will also remain: design and construction of unique facilities, regulatory regulation, "green" construction, new personnel in the construction industry, and others.

"This year, for the first time, a new section for the production of building materials will be organized. We will consider in detail the issues of technological re-equipment of construction industry enterprises, modernization of production facilities, replication of modern technologies for the production of building materials. I am sure that this event will be useful for the further dynamic development of the construction industry," said Evgeny Kuyvashev, Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region.

The Russian BIM Technologies Forum will be held for three days, which for the first time will unite with the Ural TIM Readings.

"A Talent Fair will be held for students associated with this field, after which they will be able to get internships in large design bureaus. In addition, the first and second pavilions will house professional skills sites for air conditioning system installers and specialists working with dry building mixes and frame and cladding structures," added Elena Belous, head of the 100+ Technobuild working group.

The landscaping cluster, as last year, will be designed as a park. There will also be a new direction – a forum and an exhibition on interior design. The All-Russian Engineering and Architecture Award 100+ Awards, which is being held for the second time this year, will be awarded again.

Vladimir Putin is expected to attend the event. The Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, Evgeny Kuyvashev, personally invited the President of the Russian Federation to a meeting of the Presidium of the State Council dedicated to the strategy for the development of the construction industry and housing and communal services.

In 2021, 12,870 participants from 25 countries registered for 100+ TechnoBuild. 120 business events were held, where 507 speakers spoke. The exhibition was attended by 235 exhibitors from 12 countries, 22 regions and 35 cities of Russia. Almost 20,000 people watched the live broadcasts of the business program on the days of the event.
