Irek Fayzullin, Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation, highly appreciated the preparations for the X International Construction Forum and the 100+ TechnoBuild exhibition. The meeting of the organizing committee was held with the participation of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk region Evgeny Kuyvashev.

"The region, headed by the head, takes the preparation of the event very seriously. The growing number of participants shows a special interest in the forum. In general, the region is successfully fulfilling relevant tasks in all programs. The construction volumes that are being implemented in the Sverdlovsk Region demonstrate that the region is successfully and confidently developing under all programs," Irek Fayzullin said.

100+ will run for four days – from October 3 to October 6. The exhibition will be the largest in its history with 500 exhibitors. It will completely occupy three pavilions of Yekaterinburg Expo (40,000 square meters). Companies from 33 regions and 65 cities of Russia, as well as six countries, have confirmed their participation. They are represented in the areas of production and distribution of materials, technologies and equipment, BIM design and digital technologies, development and architecture, comfortable urban environment, interior design, energy supply, lighting, construction and special equipment, up to electric transport.

"Hosting 100+ gives us a unique opportunity to reach a new level and learn from the successful experience of our colleagues and find partners. Over the past ten years, the forum has confidently consolidated its status as an international platform for discussing strategic issues in the industry and demonstrating achievements," said Evgeny Kuyvashev.

The cluster of a comfortable urban environment will traditionally be presented in the form of a park under the roof, with an area of 1.5 thousand square meters. m. It will feature solutions for landscaping, innovations in the field of small architectural forms, playgrounds and sports equipment made in Russia. The interior design cluster, in addition to the stands of companies manufacturing materials and interior solutions, will house an exposition of eight demonstration rooms of different orientations with interiors from Yekaterinburg designers. The lighting cluster will appear for the first time at the 100+ site and will bring together more than 50 lighting equipment manufacturers from all over the country.

For the third time, the 100+ site will host the Ural Real Estate Forum from the Ural Chamber of Real Estate, as well as the Uralexpokamen exhibition.

The business program includes 220 sections and 700 speakers. In addition to the design, construction, operation of unique buildings and structures, energy efficiency and safety, "green" construction, innovative materials and technologies, and BIM design will be discussed. Special attention will be paid to import substitution in construction and local production of materials and technologies.

Traditionally, 100+ thematic forums will be held, such as the Russian BIM Technologies Forum, the International Forum of Civil Engineers and Calculation Engineers Interconstroy - 2023, the Interior Designers Forum, the Comfortable Urban Environment Forum, Arch-Eurasia, the Climate Engineering Forum and the State Construction Supervision Forum. The program will also include a specialized conference "Technical regulation in construction".
