The international Forum and exhibition 100+ TechnoBuild will run for four days for the first time.

The Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, Evgeny Kuyvashev, has approved the dates of the IX International Construction Forum and the 100+ TechnoBuild exhibition. This year, for the first time, it will run for four days – from October 18 to October 21. There will be more directions not only for specialists, but also for those who are simply interested in construction, design and landscaping.

"100+ TechnoBuild is the largest industry congress, which continues to gain momentum, grow and develop. In 2021, despite all the difficulties, the forum and exhibition were productive and received many positive reviews, including from abroad. Our task is to support this trend and ensure the success of the 100+ in 2022," said Evgeny Kuyvashev.

In the process of preparing for the event, the organizers will definitely take into account the current epidemiological situation. Thus, an additional day will allow to "unload" the business program, which this year will expand to 130 sections. The "zero" day will be devoted to specialized training seminars for narrow specialists in the construction sector (cost estimators, engineers, marketers, etc.) and local topics of the Sverdlovsk region. The main days will include discussions on the design, construction and operation of unique buildings and structures, energy efficiency and safety of facilities, green construction, innovative materials and technologies, BIM design, planning and development of transport infrastructure, and a comfortable urban environment.

In addition, the exhibition area will increase – it will occupy three pavilions of the International Exhibition Center "Yekaterinburg-Expo" and 40,000 square meters. It is planned to attract up to 300 exhibitors – developers, manufacturers of materials, technologies and equipment, and information technology. The landscaping cluster, as last year, will be presented in the form of a park, but it will double in size.

A new 100+ destination for visitors not directly related to the construction industry will be the interior design forum and exhibition.

"Part of the exhibition will be built up in the form of apartments, planned taking into account the current apartment design according to Dom.rf. There will also be classical techniques of the exposition. In total, about 40 stands are planned," Vera Belous said.

For the first time in the 100+ days, an Apartment Fair will be held, where developers, banks, realtors and other real estate market participants will gather in one place to create a profitable place to purchase housing. The first such fair will be held on March 19-20 at the Yeltsin Center. Cooperation with All-Russian forums and conferences will continue, the All-Russian Engineering and Architecture Award 100+ Awards will be held for the second time, and several competitions for architecture students will be organized.

By the end of 2021, 100+ entered the top 3 largest construction events in Russia. In terms of the number of exhibition spaces, it is second only to two Moscow exhibitions, one of which specializes in construction machinery. According to the composition of the forum part, 100+ is on the first line. In addition, the event has recently become the "Project of the Year" among the regions within the framework of the EFEA Awards. The winners are determined based on the results of a rating based on the number of mentions in Russian media publications of forums, exhibitions and other events. In 2022, 100+ TechnoBuild will continue to increase volumes.
