The international forum and exhibition 100+ TechnoBuild will be held in Yekaterinburg, taking into account restrictive measures.

The VIII International Forum and Exhibition 100+ TechnoBuild will be held in Yekaterinburg from October 5-7, 2021. This year it will become more ambitious: the exhibition will occupy two pavilions of the Yekaterinburg-Expo IEC, and the business program will include at least 100 sections. The concept of the 100+ TechnoBuild was approved by the Governor of the Sverdlovsk region Evgeny Kuyvashev at a regional meeting of the Organizing Committee.

Special attention will be paid to epidemiological safety during the event. The organizers will work according to the scheme worked out in 2020, however, taking into account new factors. Based on the situation, a decision may be made on additional requirements for guests and participants, such as a negative COVID-19 test or a certificate confirming vaccination.

 "Our forum is the largest in the regions of Russia, in fact, an engineering and construction congress,– Evgeny Kuyvashev recalled. "Over the previous years, we have gained a lot of experience, which has allowed us to enlist the support of the Ministry of Construction and Housing of Russia."

Vera Belous, Executive Secretary of the Organizing Committee and Executive Director of the Ural Builders Guild, said that this year, for the first time, the All-Russian Engineering and Architectural Award 100+ AWARDS is being held as part of the event. 154 projects from all over Russia have applied for it, and the world's most famous engineers, architects and designers will choose the winners. Among them, for example, Juliette Jiang, Senior Vice President of BROAD Group, Sergey Choban, head of the architectural bureau SPEECH, and Vladimir Travush, Chief Engineer of GORPROEKT CJSC.

"90% of the business program will be held offline. 350 speakers are expected, 25 foreign speakers have already confirmed their participation, including Patrick Schumacher, President of Zaha Hadid Architects,– Vera Belous said. – As last year, the main part of the forum will be held at the congress center. The total area of the exhibition will be 30,000 square meters."

The 100+ will be co–organized by the largest specialized scientific institutes in Russia - JSC SIC Stroitelstvo, Tsniipromzdanii, FAA Glavgosexpertiza of Russia, TSNIIP of the Ministry of Construction of Russia and others. Architectural competitions for students and young professionals will be held jointly with the Administration of Yekaterinburg and USAHU.

It is expected that 100+ TechnoBuild will not only confirm its status as the largest industry event in the regions of Russia, but also strengthen its position, continuing to shape the business image of the Sverdlovsk region. Thus, builders and authorities will continue to conduct an effective dialogue at the 100+ site.
