The International Forum and the 100+ exhibition have started their work in Yekaterinburg

One of the biggest business events of the year, the XIII International Construction Forum and the 100+ TechnoBuild Exhibition, started in Yekaterinburg.
"The TechnoBuild 100+ Forum is a launching pad for the implementation of the most interesting initiatives in the Sverdlovsk region and Russia. The construction industry today responds faster to innovation than others, introducing new technologies and intelligent solutions, many of which are born in the Middle Urals. I am sure that this year there will be new partnerships, unique projects that will meet the needs of time and people," said Denis Pasler, Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region.
Alexey Orlov, the head of Yekaterinburg, said that the forum had become an expert platform where new ideas could be discussed and best practices exchanged. "And all this will, of course, be implemented in improving the appearance of our cities and settlements," Orlov said.
Anton Glushkov, President of NOSTROY, stressed that the forum, which was first organized 12 years ago, competes in scale with the largest events in the construction industry, and not only in Russia.
"I hope that this time we will be able to discuss with representatives of business and government the exciting problems that exist in the construction site, work out and prepare recommendations and solutions so that the industry continues to demonstrate record figures and improve the living conditions of citizens," Glushkov said.
Arkady Chernetsky, Vice President of NOSTROY, noted: "Despite the fact that the 13th figure is unlucky, I am sure that the 13th forum will be held in the same organized manner, with the same effect as it was in previous years."
He added that interest in the event is not decreasing.
"Our next 100+ TechnoBuild forum is open," announced Vyacheslav Trapeznikov, President of the Guild of Builders of the Urals.
More than 500 companies are participating in the event. The exhibition is located in two pavilions of Yekaterinburg-EXPO. Over 90 manufacturers of building materials and 45 suppliers of engineering systems and equipment for construction demonstrate their developments. Developers will present new residential complexes and public buildings, and manufacturing companies will present materials and solutions that will be in demand on construction sites tomorrow. BIM technologies, as well as the interior design cluster, are traditionally widely represented at the exhibition.
The 100+ TechnoBuild business program includes 220 sections, including specialized forums, international conferences and round tables. About 1,000 speakers will speak: government officials, scientists, heads of development companies, inventors of new materials, engineers, architects and designers. The heads of the construction industry and the experts involved will discuss various aspects of construction: from legislative regulation to psychological comfort.
The key theme of the business program will be "The House of the Future". The Ministry of Construction of Russia and subordinate organizations will hold more than 30 sessions, they will be devoted to both the intricacies of technical regulation and modern technologies. Thus, various aspects of neuroarchitecture, "seamless" landscaping for Russian cities, construction technologies and design will be discussed.
Forums for engineers, designers, interior designers, realtors and marketers will be part of the business program. One of the tracks of the program will be the "Architectural Marathon" — 3 days of communication with Russian and international architects, where aspects of creating an urban environment are considered as a legacy for future residents of the city.
100+ awards will be presented to the winners of the 100+ AWARDS — the shortlist includes more than 90 projects claiming recognition. The winners will be selected in 18 nominations.
