The round table "Metal corrosion and beyond" will be held on March 30.

The Ministry of Construction of the Sverdlovsk region and the magazine Stroykomplex of the Middle Urals will hold a round table on the topic "Metal corrosion and more." It will be held in a hybrid format on March 30, 2022 at 3 p.m.

The moderators will be Ilya Bartosh, Head of the Strategic Development Department of the Construction Industry of the Ministry of Construction of the Sverdlovsk Region, and Dmitry Skutin, Head of the Center for High-rise Competencies at the Organizing Committee Builder LLC.

Topics and speakers:

•         "Assessment of the corrosive activity of soils and groundwater and its impact on the design and operation of structures", Candidate of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Geology and Geoecology, Leading ecologist of the Herzen Russian State Pedagogical University, KTPI Gazproekt LLC Ivan Podlipsky;
•         "Corrosion protection technology for metal structures", Vasily Bocharov, General Director of Zinker Zincing;
•         "Complex of technologies for protection of reinforced concrete structures from corrosion", Dmitry Salamatov, engineer for repair of reinforced concrete structures at Sika;
•         "Frost resistance of reinforced concrete", Chief Designer of Effective Design and Audit Roman Baryshnikov.

The round table will also be attended by speakers from the A.A. Gvozdev National Research Institute of Economics (Moscow).
