Krasnoyarsk will grow up

Nikolay Glushkov, Minister of Construction and Housing of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, will attend the 100+ Forum Russia in September. As an expert, he will take part in a discussion on high-rise construction in the regions of Russia. During the round table, it is proposed to discuss a number of relevant topics.:
- issues of construction of high-rise buildings and provision of necessary infrastructure in the regions of Russia: potential, opportunities and main limitations;
- effective cooperation of regional authorities with investors and developers of high-rise projects, from site allocation and grid connection to assistance in project approval;
- high-rise construction: economic attractiveness vs risks;
- prospects for the emergence of high-rise urban areas in the regions.

The participants will also share their experience in improving the quality and economic efficiency of high-rise construction using domestic and foreign examples.

The tallest building in Krasnoyarsk is the 120-meter business center "First Tower", commissioned in 2009. Today, several high-rise residential complexes are being built in the city on the Yenisei. Earlier this year, the general plan of Krasnoyarsk included the project of a multifunctional business center – three buildings with heights of 75, 100 and 135 meters. It is planned to start construction in 2017.
