The tallest building in Krasnoyarsk is the 120-meter business center "First Tower", commissioned in 2009. Today, several high-rise residential complexes are being built in the city on the Yenisei. Earlier this year, the general plan of Krasnoyarsk included the project of a multifunctional business center – three buildings with heights of 75, 100 and 135 meters. It is planned to start construction in 2017.
