"People design a lot and well, but they don't think much about the comfort and sustainable development of the urban environment," said Colin Ellard, professor of psychology at the University of Waterloo (Canada).

The expert believes that the problem now lies in the fact that in the 50s and 60s of the last century, when they began to build apartment buildings, little attention was paid to the psychological aspects of the impact on residents. But if proper attention is paid to this issue, the urban environment can be made convenient and comfortable for people to live in.
